FlyAkeed is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them via phone calls, and persuading them to book flights and hotels through our platform. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be key in establishing and maintaining customer relationships. In addition, you will provide customers with information about available flights and hotels, answer any inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by the company</li>
<li>Persuasively communicate the benefits of using FlyAkeed as an online travel solution</li>
<li>Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FlyAkeed in the market</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>1+ year of telesales or customer service experience</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>

We are looking for a Workplace Specialist to join our team and take ownership of all aspects of the physical workplace. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, functional, and enjoyable working environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
You will be responsible for managing our office space, facilities, supplies, maintenance, internet and IT infrastructure, food services, security, safety measures, and overall workplace experience.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and all workplace facilities.
</li><li>Manage office infrastructure, including internet, devices, workstations, utilities, and environmental systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects as needed.
</li><li>Handle office supplies procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
</li><li>Manage food and beverage services for the workplace (e.g., snacks, coffee, catering).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP solutions). The ideal candidate is a top performer with a strong ability to drive enterprise sales, build strategic relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Lead the full sales cycle&mdash;from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts.</li>
<li>Engage with C-level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams to position FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solution.</li>
<li>Drive enterprise-level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client&rsquo;s business needs and travel challenges.</li>
<li>Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and the marketing team to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.</li>
<li>Manage complex negotiations and ensure a high close rate for high-value contracts.</li>
<li>Provide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed&rsquo;s product offerings and sales strategies.</li>
<li>Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.</li>

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li></ul><ul>
<li>5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or enterprise software.</li>
<li>Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth.</li>
<li>Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations.</li>
<li>Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker.</li>
<li>Presentable, accountable, and responsible.</li>
