KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong&gt; <ul> <li>Acts as the nominated Postholder for CAR 147 Training Manager, maintaining organizational approval in accordance with GCAA requirements./li&gt; </li><li>Leads the strategic development and governance of all CAR 147 and CAR 66 requirements for basic training, type training, continuation training, and all other approved training activities./li&gt; </li><li>Manages the training department s budget and cost center, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost control, and financial accountability in line with flydubai policies and business objectives./li&gt; </li><li>Develops the annual training plan and ensure the appropriate allocation of resources for effective course delivery./li&gt; </li><li>Develops, in close coordination and guidance from the Nominated Post Holder(s) of CAR145 and Continued Airworthiness (CAMO) flydubai s airworthiness training programs, including but not limited to, Human Factors, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, Continuation Training, and other technical training mandated by CAR145, CAMO, CAR SMS, CAR AIR OPS and other regulations to ensure flydubai approvals are maintained to an acceptable level./li&gt; </li><li>Leads and manages the apprentice program under CAR 147, ensuring design, delivery, and tracking of training progress in line with CAR 66 requirements./li&gt; </li><li>Coordinates with the Compliance Monitoring department to identify gaps arising from audits, safety reports, and regulatory updates./li&gt; </li><li>Oversees development and continuous improvement of training materials, curricula, and practical training plans to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory guidance./li&gt; </li><li>Oversees, guides and manages instructional staff, ensuring they are trained, qualified, and competent to deliver approved training programs./li&gt; </li><li>Ensures training facilities, classrooms, workshops, and practical environments meet CAR 147 standards and provide effective support for training delivery./li&gt; </li><li>Manages training records and systems (TMS/LMS), ensuring accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance./li&gt; </li><li>Liaises with the GCAA and other competent authorities, preparing for and supporting regulatory audits, inspections, and renewals of approval./li&gt; </li><li>Monitors and reports on training KPIs (e.g., completion rates, compliance rates, instructor performance, apprentice program outcomes) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with flydubai s airworthiness and safety objectives./li&gt; </li><li>Supports strategic planning for new training capabilities, including additional CAR 147 approvals, apprentice program expansion, new technologies, and digital learning solutions./li&gt; </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS/strong&gt; <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)/li&gt; </li><li>Microsoft Office and training management tools/li&gt; </li><li>Years with qualifications: 10 - 12 years/li&gt; </li><li>Holds or held an EASA/GCAA Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) B1 and/or B2 or equivalent_x000D_ Training Techniques Course (Train-the-Trainer) preferred. Internal Auditor qualification (CAR 145 / CAR 147) is an advantage_x000D_ SMS and Human Factors Instructor certification is an advantage. Senior Manager - Aircraft Maintenance Training

Assists the team with the preparation and publication of the operating schedule, ensuring that all updates are correctly reflected in internal systems and communicated to stakeholders.
Assists in the coordination and updating of operational plans and schedules, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively to all parties involved.
Provides general support to the Schedules Planning team, assisting with the smooth execution of the operating plan and addressing any issues that may arise.
Acts as a point of contact between the Scheduling team and flydubai stations, ensuring two-way communication regarding schedule changes and operational updates, such as airport Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs) or other restrictions.
Supports the team in acquiring and cross-checking the necessary permits and approvals for all scheduled flights.
Assists the team prepare and track slot requests, ensuring that the flight schedule aligns with available slots at airports.
Helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards by maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance checks as needed.
Helps coordinate the update of codeshare schedules, ensuring integration with partner airlines and correct alignment within the overall flight schedule.
Provides administrative assistance to other team members as needed, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Helps ensure that relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, are informed about schedule changes and updates in a timely and clear manner.
Ensures accurate entry of schedule data into systems, updating schedules, slots, and other relevant information as required.
Provides general administrative support to the Schedules Planning team, including document preparation, filing, record-keeping, and data entry to ensure smooth operations.
Provides support for other office-related tasks, including meetings, team coordination, and general office management.
Assists in generating reports on schedule status, slot allocation, permits, and any other relevant areas, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Ensures that all scheduling-related documents are properly organized, maintained, and accessible for review by the team and other departments.

Coordinator - Schedules Planning
