 💰 Compensation &amp; Benefits
 
 
 
 Salary During Probation: 12,000 EGP
 
 
 After Probation: 14,000 EGP
 
 
 Commission: 6&ndash;8% per closed deal
 
 
 Medical &amp; Social Insurance: Provided after probation
 
 
 Performance-Based Bonuses: Unlimited potential
 
 
 🧠 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 Engage with clients to understand their business needs and show how Odoo can enhance their operations.
 
 
 Conduct tailored product demos and presentations for decision-makers.
 
 
 Manage the complete sales cycle; from prospecting to closing deals.
 
 
 Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
 
 
 Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.
 
 
 🎯 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
 
 
 A passion for technology, business processes, and client success.
 
 
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales or ERP solutions (Odoo experience is a plus).
 
 
 A goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and achieve.
