 Scope Of Tasks
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews &ndash; FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring To The Team
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A strong desire to learn and grow in the UX Research field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience collaborating with European clients or teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English (both written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Native-level proficiency in Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills &mdash; you know how to make insights stick
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive mindset &mdash; you don&rsquo;t wait for problems, you solve them
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and influence decisions with confidence
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Openness to the fast-paced, agency-style environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible availability for remote or on-site work within KSA (part-time to full-time)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to have

 First hands-on experience in UX Design / UX Research

 Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, or remote research platforms
