 Training Needs Analysis
 
 
 
 -Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs within their teams.
 
 
 -Analyze performance data and other information to identify areas where training can improve employee performance.

 -Support in the development and implementation of training programs that address the identified training needs.
 
 
 -Select or create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules. Stay
 
 
 up to date on the latest instructional design theories and methods.

 Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of training programs, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and materials distribution.

 Role Purpose:
 
 
 To support the department in Managing company brand consistency across all corporate collateral. In addition, he/she are responsible to ensure the company remains at the front of developments in marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 Marketing Management
 
 <ul>

 Own and develop the products and services that owns by the brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing communication management through traditional media and out-of-home in product placements.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-charge of marketing collaterals design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align the company around the brand&rsquo;s direction, choices and tactics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to &ldquo;take action&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise and coordinate with various external agencies, such as creative agency, for all marketing campaigns and collaterals.
 </li>

 Branding campaign/promotion tracking and tabulation.
 </li>

 Assist in developing new revenue sources and create maximum targeted brand exposure through participation in trade shows, corporate events, exhibits, sponsorships and other promotional activities.

 Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
