As an Applebee's Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

Physical Standards: Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Ability to wear protective hand coverings through entire shift. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift. Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks through entire shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.

 We are searching for a Member Services Representative to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional &ldquo;Judgement Free&rdquo; member experience!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions.</li><li>
Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.</li><li>
Communicate updates and events to members and guests.</li><li>
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.</li><li>
Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.</li><li>
Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.</li><li>
Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.</li><li>
Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned.</li><li>
Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.</li><li>
Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed.</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.</li><li>
Frequent walking throughout the facility.</li><li>
Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>
Reaching, bending, and kneeling as needed for cleaning and stocking tasks.</li><li>
Ability to work in a busy, noisy fitness environment.</li><li>
Will occasionally use or be around standard cleaning products; appropriate safety procedures and protective equipment are provided.</li></ul>
Compensation Member Services Representative: $17 to $19 per hour
