You&rsquo;ll help bring production workflows to life that support personalized direct mail and print programs, while exploring opportunities to streamline processes through tools such as data merging, data mapping, AI-assisted workflows, and InDesign scripting.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Serve as the agency&rsquo;s subject matter expert in direct mail production, including versioning, personalization, variable data, postal regulations, and print specifications.</li><li>
Assist in managing complex direct mail campaigns requiring multiple versions, offers, and audience segmentation.</li><li>
Translate creative concepts into production-ready work across formats, channels, versions, and sizes. This includes traditional channels like direct mail, mail, billboard, print&mdash;and digital channels like email, digital display and other digital/social assets.</li><li>
Help maintain production standards, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.</li><li>
Ensure files meet postal regulations, print specifications, digital specifications and data integrity requirements.</li><li>
Troubleshoot production challenges and help identify solutions that keep projects on schedule.</li><li>
Contribute to production components of agency RFP responses.</li><li>
Partner with internal teams and external production vendors to support quality and cost-efficient execution.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of production design experience in an agency, production house, printer or fast-paced marketing environment.</li><li>
Experience with direct mail production, versioning, or variable data workflows preferred.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).</li><li>
Understanding of print production, prepress, postal requirements, and digital asset preparation.</li><li>
Experience with automation, scripting, AI-assisted tools, or production technologies.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.</li><li>
Solid organizational and project coordination skills.</li><li>
Exercises critical thinking across all job functions and task requests.</li></ul>
