Overview: 
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Flywheel Centers plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with clients, their families, your supervisees, and the broader care team, guiding and empowering everyone involved to create meaningful, socially significant positive change for the children we serve.

Schedule: Afternoon/Evening</li></ul>
Prerequisites:<ul><li>
BCBA Certification</li><li>
State License</li><li>
Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism</li><li>
Flexible and adaptable approach to work commitments</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery</li><li>
Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures</li><li>
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team</li><li>
Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:</li><li>
Conducting assessments and reassessments</li><li>
Developing individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Providing clinical supervision and parent training</li><li>
Participate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunities</li><li>
Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame</li><li>
Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions</li></ul>
