If so, we're looking for a Coworking Community Manager to be the heart and soul of our coworking space.As the manager of your own location, the successful Community Manager possesses the business sense to organize a broad variety of tasks and details to ensure smooth operations. You enjoy getting your hands dirty and can pivot quickly to give a world-class tour of the space to a potential member while assessing their needs to secure their membership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCommunity Building:<ul><li>Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment that encourages networking, collaboration, and social interaction among members.</li><li>Plan &amp; execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities to bring members and prospects together, promote engagement, and enhance their overall coworking experience.</li></ul>Member Relations:<ul><li>Build strong, positive relationships with all members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with members to gather feedback, understand their evolving requirements, and maintain high satisfaction levels.</li></ul>Facility Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring that all amenities and</li></ul>facilities are well-maintained, and the kitchen, meeting rooms and workspaces are clean, organized, and inviting.<ul><li>Coordinate with maintenance and administrative staff to address any facility, security, parking issues, or improvements in a timely manner.</li></ul>Sales and Marketing:<ul><li>Work with marketing team to attract new members, promoting the benefits of our coworking space and organizing tours for potential clients.</li><li>Capture in-the-moment opportunities for social media posts and coordinate with team members on regularly scheduled brand posts and newsletter content.</li><li>Manage CRM software to provide on-time follow-up with potential members</li><li>Employ established member retention strategies and work on growing our community.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks:<ul><li>Handle administrative tasks, including membership sign-up management, invoicing, and maintaining member CRM databases.</li><li>Manage access control, security, and mail/package handling.</li></ul>Community Outreach:<ul><li>Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the broader community to create partnerships, drive referrals, and enhance the coworking ecosystem.</li><li>Attend monthly entrepreneurship ecosystem partner meetings to coordinate entrepreneurship related events and maintain collaborative program planning.</li></ul>Reporting and Analytics:<ul><li>Track and report key monthly metrics (KPIs) on occupancy, member engagement, and financial performance.</li><li>Utilize data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management, hospitality, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a related role.</li><li>Exceptional professionalism in all environments with members, coworkers, team members and leadership.</li><li>Exceptional and professional communication skills with people from a wide variety of occupations and professional levels.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Enthusiastic and creative mindset with a passion for fostering community.</li><li>Proficiency in coworking software and tools (e.g., coworking management platforms, CRM systems).</li><li>A keen understanding of the needs and expectations of professionals and entrepreneurs in a shared workspace environment.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health Insurance package</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li><li>A dynamic and inclusive work environment</li><li>The opportunity to network with other professionals</li><li>A chance to be at the forefront of building a thriving coworking community</li><li>If you are ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Coworking Community Manager and be an integral part of our coworking family, we invite you to apply and help us create a vibrant and inspiring space for our members.</li></ul>How to Apply: Both a resume and a cover letter are required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
