The Opportunity</b></h3>

We're looking for an eCommerce Retail Analyst to join our team in India as part of our Client Services function. The eCommerce Retail Consultant partners with our Business Managers to lead the eCommerce Retail strategy of our clients, who are some of the world's top brands on eCommerce platforms like Amazon. Using a retail-first approach, you'll learn the dynamics of these digital platforms from the ground up, partner with our clients to develop their strategy, and use our innovative technology to manage and report back to your clients.</p>

This position is an excellent choice for individuals with experience in digital retail and/or search engine marketing looking to launch a high-growth career as consultant in the eCommerce industry. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to analyze and extract insights from data in addition to having the ability to effectively influence our clients with those insights in a concise and thoughtful tone.</p>

What you'll do:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Product Optimization: Building and managing best-in-class Amazon Product Pages (catalog) that drive optimal discoverability, traffic, and conversions</li>
<li>Product Merchandising: Planning and executing merchandising strategies that include content enhancements and promotions that accelerate sales for our clients</li>
<li>Business Analytics: Utilizing reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to extract and communicate insights that develop go-forward strategies for our clients</li>
<li>Flexibility in working with multiple clients and projects</li>
<li>Display strong ownership: Eager to learn new processes at the same time ensure to communicate the best process/practices to BM to ensure a better process onboarding.</li>
<li>Bias for Action: Ensuring the Account Managers/BM updated of the day-to-day tasks/projects assigned.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who you are:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in any discipline</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of eCommerce platform, preferably Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side &ndash; a big plus</li>
<li>High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality</li>
<li>Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems</li>
<li>Proficient in working with basic excel formulas, pivot tables and google sheets/docs.</li>
<li>Time management skills that include prioritization of a variety of client projects</li>
<li>Ability to analyze client data and translate into actionable insight</li>
<li>Consultative mindset that focuses on helping others learn, problem solve, and succeed</li>
<li>Experience in managing multiple projects along with the day-to-day task assigned.</li>
<li>Confidence in public speaking to present various senior level roles within Flywheel&rsquo;s client organizations</li>
<li>Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn about new processes as they are introduced</li>
<li>Proactively highlight the best practices for the respective task/project.</li>
<li>Sense of ownership complemented by strong organization and project management skills to meet deadlines</li>

Join our fast-growing eCommerce agency as an <b>Affiliate &amp; Paid Media Specialist</b> focused on supporting TikTok Shop sellers.
