We are looking for a Regulatory &amp; Development Specialist - Turkey (Remote)
The role is responsible for supporting the registration and development of crop protection products in compliance with Turkish regulations. This includes coordinating product development activities, preparing regulatory submissions, and working closely with government authorities, research partners, and internal teams to ensure successful product registrations and market support. The position requires 5+ years of regulatory and product development experience, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel within Turkey.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage product development projects, including new product development and label extension initiatives.</li><li>
Plan, coordinate, and monitor field trials with research organizations, distributors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of trial data to regional technical and regulatory teams.</li><li>
Provide technical support through product training, customer events, and knowledge sharing.</li><li>
Prepare and support regulatory submissions for new registrations, renewals, label extensions, and other changes.</li><li>
Monitor registration progress and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals.</li><li>
Maintain regulatory databases, project documentation, and filing systems.</li><li>
Coordinate label approvals, regulatory documentation, sample logistics, and follow-up actions.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company procedures and local regulations.</li></ul>
Your qualification:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering; MSc or PhD.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years' experience in crop protection product development and registration</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Turkish pesticide and fertilizer registration legislation and Ministry of Agriculture procedures.</li><li>
Experience preparing regulatory dossiers and managing product development projects.</li><li>
Proficiency with regulatory management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and MS Office.</li><li>
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Fluent in English.</li><li>
Willingness to travel within Turkey.</li></ul>

Position Summary
As a key member of FMC Pakistan&rsquo;s marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing ARC farm intelligence &amp; Parvaaz initiatives by delivering actionable data insights and ensuring projects remain on track. Simultaneously, you will lead FMC&rsquo;s social media strategy, expanding our digital footprint across platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to utilize their knowledge and experience in marketing communications and marketing while they further develop their strategic leadership skills.

The Role (daily responsibilities)<ul><li>
Analyze agricultural data, identify trends, and translate findings into strategies that support farmers and stakeholders.</li><li>
Create actionable, executive-level reports translating complex analytics into clear business insights.</li><li>
Track KPIs, evaluate project data, and generate regular status reports to guide stakeholder decision-making.</li><li>
Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars across all platforms.</li><li>
Craft compelling narratives, visuals, and posts that highlight FMC&rsquo;s innovation and impact in agriculture.</li><li>
Coordinate with design team to produce high-quality visuals.</li><li>
Monitor social media insights, trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.</li><li>
Run paid and organic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.</li><li>
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects from inception to completion.</li><li>
Create project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.</li><li>
Coordinate with cross-functional departments marketing, sales, design, and vendors.</li></ul>
The Candidate (requirements)<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social media management, data analysis, and/or project coordination.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and current social media trends.</li><li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with input from various stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to work under tight timelines and meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up execution.</li><li>
Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 2&ndash;3 times per year).</li></ul>
