Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties. Must have excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and be willing to work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Greet guests</li><li>
Answer phones</li><li>
Scheduling patients</li><li>
Checking in and out patients</li><li>
Collecting co-pays / deductibles</li><li>
Precepting and scheduling radiological studies</li><li>
Updating patient information accordingly (phone numbers, addresses, pharmacy, etc.)</li><li>
Verifying insurance on each insurance website</li><li>
Helping providers with any paperwork that is given to you to complete</li><li>
Make sure all packets are completely stocked before leaving for the day</li><li>
Clean chairs, pens, tables, etc.</li><li>
Daily cash/credit report each and everyday before leaving your shift</li></ul>
This position is at Panhandle Pediatrics. It is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
