<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
</li><li>Retail banking experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits Overview:
Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22/hour.
 
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon significant lending experience, education, and/or skill level.

</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>The Marketing Manager Business and Commercial Payments at FNBO plays a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across the commercial banking and payments segment. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for translating business objectives into strategic marketing plans and delivering high-impact multi-channel campaigns that influence desired client and prospect behaviors, accelerate growth, and strengthen brand equity.
 
 
Through hands-on campaign leadership and close partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders, and Marketing Centers of Excellence, you&rsquo;ll ensure the successful execution and optimization of marketing initiatives aligned to FNBO&rsquo;s core objectives: building, enhancing, and protecting the brand; acquiring new clients; deepening existing relationships; and improving marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
 
 
Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Business Leadership, and Centers of Excellence, you&rsquo;ll lead campaign strategy, messaging and offer development, and data-driven performance analytics to continually refine approaches based on market insights and financial outcomes.

Strategic Business Partnership
<ul><li>Serve as day-to-day marketing liaison to Business Leadership for assigned lines of business
</li><li>Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies with defined success metrics
</li><li>Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic planning discussions
</li><li>Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders
</li></ul>Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning
<ul><li>Contribute to end-to-end marketing and communications strategy for assigned product lines
</li><li>Develop detailed tactical plans for lifecycle marketing approaches spanning awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention based on strategic direction
</li><li>Help define customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and messaging frameworks
</li><li>Build integrated campaign plans across channels (digital, direct mail, email, events, etc.) that bring strategic vision to life
</li></ul>Campaign Ownership &amp; Execution
<ul><li>Own end-to-end campaign execution for strategic initiatives, working with Project Managers support for coordination of campaign deliverables

Required:

</li><li>5-7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated execution excellence and strategic impact
</li><li>Financial services industry experience in a B2B setting (business banking preferred)
</li><li>Familiarity with client experience/event strategies that drive connections
</li><li>Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing and communications strategies

Compensation: 
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
