Type: Full-Time

Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501 


Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end HR operations, including the full employee lifecycle, while supervising and mentoring a team of 2&ndash;4 members to achieve operational excellence.</li>
<li>Drive HRIS implementation and continuous system optimization to enhance compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage the annual insurance renewal process and ensure full payroll tax compliance, while leading precise month-end HR financial closings and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, 401(k), and workers' compensation, ensuring accuracy and seamless delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain expert knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor laws to ensure all policies and procedures remain fully compliant and consistently applied.</li>
<li>Serve as a key intermediary between headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment in policy execution and operational standards.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance to department leaders on HR-related matters, fostering best practices and organizational effectiveness.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree required.</li>
<li>English/Korean Bilingual required.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional employment laws.</li>
<li>Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Advanced Functions) and PowerPoint required.</li>
<li>Experience in HR operations, including payroll, compensation, performance management, and talent management.</li>
<li>Strong background in accounting or financial operations is highly preferred.</li></ul> 


Preferred Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
<li>5-7 Years of experience in Human Resources Operation</li></ul> 


The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.<div>
