The Scaffolder is responsible for the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to provide safe working platforms for construction, maintenance, and repair activities. The role requires strict adherence to safety regulations and proper handling of scaffolding materials and equipment.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.</li><li>Install scaffolding components such as platforms, guardrails, braces, and ladders.</li><li>Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials at the worksite.</li><li>Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and stable at all times.</li><li>Report any damaged or unsafe scaffolding materials or conditions to the supervisor immediately.</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Work closely with supervisors, safety officers, and other construction workers to ensure safe site operations.</li><li>Previous experience as a scaffolder in construction or maintenance projects is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of scaffolding systems and components</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely</li><li>Strong attention to safety procedures</li><li>Physical strength and endurance</li><li>Requires working at heights, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Must strictly follow company safety procedures and site regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>English, Hindi, Urdu (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
