The Project</b></h3><p>
This role will support our new initiative with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to help design a portal that helps tribal organizations plan, apply for, and report on federal grants. The grants are aimed at reducing poverty, revitalizing low-income communities, and empowering families.</p><p>
We&rsquo;re in the early stages of the project, which means you will have the opportunity to contribute to user research, build service blueprints, and craft an experience that helps deliver critical funding to communities.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Conduct user research and build service blueprints to inform design decisions and delivery</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with ACF partners to define an MVP while continuing to work discovery and validation efforts</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with product, engineering and ACF teams to understand and document the current state, as well map out the future state</p></li><li><p>
Support the design lead with research planning and operations, including outreach to tribal organizations</p></li><li><p>
Contribute to wireframing and prototyping, as needed</p></li><li><p>
Support product in gathering and reviewing policy requirements that may influence delivery</p></li><li><p>
Assist the team with documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure transparency and build alignment</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
