We are seeking a technically strong developer to support automation and AI-driven initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will focus on building automation solutions, integrating new scanning/vision hardware systems, and developing intelligent agents to optimize operational processes.</p><p>
This is a hands-on development position - not helpdesk or basic IT support. The selected candidate will contribute to system integration, automation design, and AI-enabled workflow development as part of a long-term strategic project.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Develop automation solutions using C, C#, and Python</li><li>
Design and build AI-driven agents to enhance operational workflows</li><li>
Support integration of new scanning and weighing hardware systems</li><li>
Create logic to support packing plan optimization and process automation</li><li>
Develop and maintain SQL queries and database interactions</li><li>
Work within Visual Studio and enterprise development environments</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements</li><li>
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
Strong coding fundamentals in C, C#, or Python</li><li>
Experience working with SQL databases</li><li>
Experience using Visual Studio or similar development environments</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills</li><li>
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred (But Not Required)</b></h2><ul><li>
Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools</li><li>
Experience building automation scripts or bots</li><li>
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or agent-based automation</li><li>
Experience with system or hardware integration</li><li>
Exposure to IBM-based enterprise systems</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
