<ul><li>Diagnosing and solving real problems &mdash; leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.</li>
<li>Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.</li>
<li>Working directly with residents &mdash; being the one who <i>gets it done</i>.</li>
<li>Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.</li>
<li>Rotating on-call to respond fast &mdash; and earning extra when you do.</li>
</ul><div><b>What You Bring to the Table</b></div>
<ul><li>A solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start.</li>
<li>General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).</li>
<li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.</li>
<li>Pride in craftsmanship.</li>
