Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Expo/Food Runner/Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! You will be the bridge between the kitchen and guests, ensuring that orders are accurately and promptly delivered, and that every guest feels welcomed and cared for. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a lively, team-oriented setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages</li><li>Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold quality standards</li><li>Serve guests with enthusiasm, attentiveness, and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly</li><li>Clear tables, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to promote a welcoming environment</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments</li><li>Support banquet events by serving food, bussing tables, and assisting with setup as needed</li><li>Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and maintaining hygiene protocols at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices</li><li>Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; strong communication skills are essential</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role</li><li>Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>A friendly attitude combined with excellent customer service skills to create positive guest interactions</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
