Independent small animal practice are seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and our clients. We have excellent in house diagnosis equipment, offer the best work/life balance and a competitive salary.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues accurately</li><li>Perform surgical procedures, including routine operations and emergency treatment</li><li>Prescribe medications, and dietary plans tailored to individual patients</li><li>Advise pet owners on preventative health care, and treatment options</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients</li></ul>This role offers a rewarding career path including CPD funding for certificates and progression within the business for the right candidate.Key job details include:<ul><li>4 day week</li><li>Shared Saturday morning rota</li><li>No out of hours</li><li>No Bank Holidays</li><li>15 min consults</li><li>28 days annual leave pro rata (increases after 2 years service)</li><li>Fees paid - VDS / RCVS</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Generous CPD allowance</li><li>Staff discount</li></ul>The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team of nurses and support staff.
