The Construction Scheduler prepares and maintains projects schedules in accordance with construction Industry standards throughout the project life cycle. They will be responsible for schedule development, baseline maintenance, updates, reporting, documentation, and schedule quality. The Scheduler will report directly to the Schedule Lead or Schedule Manager and is expected to work closely with many members of the construction team, including Superintendents, Engineers, Construction Managers, PMs, and Owners. This position will be fully remote working from Home.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare summary and detail level schedules in P6</li><li>Develop CPM baseline schedules</li><li>Perform progress updates</li><li>Produce Lookahead schedules</li><li>Monitor and track progress against baselines, including creating change comparison reports</li><li>Ensure adherence to scheduling standards</li><li>Develop &amp; update cost or resource-loaded schedules as required</li><li>Occasionally support business development or marketing activities and presentations as necessary</li><li>Proficiency in key software packages used in scheduling &amp; construction management, including Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Smartsheet, Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, etc. Others may be required by the project.</li><li>Know how to use key templates, tools, and platforms to execute scheduling work and reports.</li><li>Provide support training in the use of project scheduling software &amp; tools to office &amp; jobsite staff</li><li>Summarize reports, KPI&rsquo;s, and schedule metrics</li><li>Facilitate schedule meetings, including lookahead reviews, WIP audits, live updates, critical path reviews, planning sessions, report outs, etc</li><li>Work with other departments and / or entities to integrate plans into the master schedule (procurement, engineering, BIM, commissioning, design, subcontractors)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 18/08/2025
