<div><p><b>Warehouse Pre-loader &ndash; 3rd shift: Mid-night to 8:30 am or until finish. Monday &ndash; Friday (minimum 40hrs/week).</b></p><br>

Preload is part of the Transportation team. You work in the Warehouse preparing wine cases to go out for delivery. You put together orders from a list, scan products for correct count by customer, prepare order for delivery and shrink wrap products to keep the order together, and place order to the correct zone &ndash; in preparation for the driver to delivery.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Read work orders and follow instructions</li><li>
Identifying the orders for your respective area, organize and accurately put together orders on pallets</li><li>
Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. consistently)</li><li>
Shrink wrap pallets</li><li>
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed</li><li>
Conduct all activities with a safety-first mindset</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Job Requirements</b></h2><ul><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age or older</li><li>
Reliable, motivated and team-oriented individual</li><li>
Be able to consistently lift 35 lbs. to 45 lbs.</li><li>
Knowledge of operating a RF Scanner is a plus</li><li>
Ability to operate a pump jack is a plus</li><li>
Able to read basic English and ability to understand packaging details and/or labels</li><li>
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude</li><li>
Strong collaborative communication skills and able to work in a team environment</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage time and meet daily goals</li><li>
Ability to navigate and troubleshoot on the warehouse floor</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
