<br><div><ul>Responsibilities: The job responsibilities contained in this section must be supervised by a Licensed Pharmacist<br>
Accept new written prescriptions or refill orders<br>
Take refill request information from patient over the telephone and process orders<br>
Contact providers for refill authorization<br>
Take oral, fax and written authorization from providers for prescription refills<br>
Enter new/refill prescription order into the pharmacy software system<br>
Pick manufactured drug from shelf and fill/label prescription orders<br>
Count and pour the manufactured product into a suitable dispensing package and apply label to dispensing package<br>
Fill/Refill pharmacy robot with appropriate drug product<br>
Present the completed prescription to the pharmacist for final verification/certification<br>
Assist licensed pharmacists in preparation/dispensing of prescriptions<br>
Assist licensed pharmacist to work effectively with the medical providers and patients<br>
Work with the Lead Technician to prioritize daily technician duties/tasks<br>
Take inventory of drug stock and prepare orders for vendors<br>
Manage inventory electronically using pharmacy software and robotics systems<br>
Check stock for outdated materials monthly<br>
Inspect order received from vendors, certify for correctness and restock inventory<br>
File prescription orders to maintain legal recordkeeping processes<br>
Work with pharmacy software/hardware systems to ensure reliable prescription dispensing<br>
Complete and file daily reports (i.e. &ndash; workload reports, controlled substance reports)<br>
Assist pharmacy billing staff as needed in the processing and back-billing of pharmacy claims<br>
Communicate with patients as instructed by licensed pharmacist.<br>
Schedule patients for pharmacy clinical program visits<br>
Complete medication therapy adherence telephone calls<br>
Perform data entry to support clinical pharmacy services<br>
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities as requested.<br>
Assist with Human Services Division community outreach events<br>
Appropriate/Professional work attire is required.<br>
Must attend all mandatory department trainings.<br>
Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients.<br>
Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems.<br>

High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.<br>
State Pharmacy Technician Registration is required with previous employment in a pharmacy, current participation in or completion of, one of the following:<br>
A pharmacy technician training program offered by a board approved, accredited vocational/technical institution or college;<br>
A pharmacy technician training program accredited by a board approved, national organization that accredits pharmacy technician training programs;<br>
A pharmacy technician training program provided by a branch of the United States armed forces or Public Health Services; or<br>
An employer-based pharmacy technician training program that includes a minimum total of 240 hours in a one-year period to include both didactic and practical instruction.<br>
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (i.e. &ndash; PTCB, ExCEPT) is required; if not certified at time of hire, employee must become certified within 6 months of hire and must maintain certification for the duration of employment.<br>
Ability to follow complicated directions with precision and care is required.<br>
Knowledge of, and past working experience with Pharmacy Management Software (i.e. &ndash; ScriptPro, QS/I, Epic/Willow, McKesson, PDX) is preferred.<br>
Experience in a medical setting is preferred.<br>
Knowledge of computer applications to include word processing, Access, Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.<br>
Knowledge of Native American communities, culture, customs, and beliefs is preferred.<br>
Knowledge of Native Americans clients, communities and is able to demonstrate cultural sensitivity is preferred.<br>
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.<br>
Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.<br>
Attention to detail and accuracy is required.<br>
Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.<br>

Pharmacy Technician

<br><div><div><div><ul>Responsibilities: Provides supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Transportation Department policies and procedures to all Transportation employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, recommendations, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and employee discipline, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.<br>
Coordinates the decision to cancel, delay or shorten the bus routes because of inclement weather.<br>
Prepares schedules for various bus routes and assigns buses to each route and driver.<br>
Drives vehicles and complete routes, as necessary.<br>
Conduct and document emergency evacuation drills as required.<br>
Maintain and manage daily inspection of transportation department vehicles.<br>
Monitor and manage state and federal transportation vehicle safety inspections.<br>
Monitor and ensure all drivers maintain appropriate license.<br>
Schedules routine and necessary repairs of the buses and vehicle assigned to the transportation department.<br>
Create and process transportation invoices.<br>
Submits reports to the Fond du Lac Ojibwe School Board as requested.<br>
Prepares and submits annual BIE/ISEP student mileage transportation documents for funding.<br>
Enforce and monitor all bus discipline policies.<br>
Be knowledgeable of bus driver&rsquo;s manual contents.<br>
Schedules new driver&rsquo;s drug testing appointments.<br>
Attends meetings and training programs as required.<br>
Maintains current listings of all students&rsquo; assignments for each bus route.<br>
Performs minor repairs on buses, as possible.<br>
Maintains a maintenance schedule for all vehicles.<br>
Appropriate work attire is required.<br>

As necessary, may assume the duties of the bartender while the bartender is on break.<br>
