Responsibilities:

The Spa Esthetician is responsible to perform cosmetology services to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction.<br>

</div><div><b>Examples of Duties</b><b>, includes but is not limited to the following</b><b>:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Perform facial, makeup, and wax services to guests and assure guest satisfaction.
</li><li>Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services.</li><li>
Obtain guest's basic medical history, assess any problems/conditions, and assure guest safety while performing services</li><li>
Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.</li><li>
Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
</li><li>Maintain towel, linen, and supplies.</li><li>
Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.</li><li>
Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment preferred.
</li><li>High school education or equivalent. Technical school certification required.</li><li>
Current Certification from State Board of Cosmetology.</li></ul></div>
