<div><div>POSITION OVERVIEW
The Bell Dispatcher position ensures the seamless handling of guest luggage and overall guest arrival and departure experiences. This position schedules tasks efficiently and maintains clear communication to provide exceptional and personalized guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:<ul><li>
Coordinate all bell services, including guest luggage handling</li><li>
Manage the welcoming and farewell experiences for guests, ensuring a warm and gracious reception and departure</li><li>
Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms and storage</li><li>
Act as a point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and addressing inquiries and requests promptly</li><li>
Identify and recognize VIP and returning guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met and exceeded</li><li>
Handle guest concerns or issues related to bell services with empathy and efficiency, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters to the Front Services management team
</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized service throughout their stay</li><li>
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as the front desk, concierge, and valet, to ensure a seamless guest experience</li><li>
Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating departmental meetings</li><li>
Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary</li></ul>

High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar guest service role within a luxury hotel, residential building, or private club is a plus</li><li>

Ability to maintain composure when working in busy and stressful situations</li><li>

The Senior Editor is a lead creative contributor responsible for driving editorial quality, storytelling excellence, and workflow efficiency across all video content. Reporting to the Director, Post Production, this role oversees complex edits, mentors junior editors, and ensures creative execution aligns with brand vision for a large-scale resort and casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:<ul><li>
Lead editing on high-visibility campaigns, including:
</li><li>Integrated marketing campaigns</li><li>
TV spots, brand films, and digital launches</li><li>
Signature entertainment and resort storytelling pieces</li><li>
Translate creative direction into compelling visual narratives with strong pacing, emotional impact, and brand consistency
</li><li>Partner closely with creative directors, producers, and marketing leaders to shape concepts and execution
</li><li>Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to Editors and freelance talent
</li><li>Oversee edit quality across projects, ensuring consistency in output, color, audio, and finishing standards
</li><li>Handle advanced post-production including:
</li><li>Multi-layered storytelling edits</li><li>
Advanced color work and audio design</li><li>
Integration of motion graphics and VFX (collaborating with specialists as needed)</li><li>
Manage complex timelines and prioritize multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
</li><li>Support post-production workflows, standards, and process improvements under the Director&rsquo;s leadership
</li><li>Participate in asset management, delivery standards, and continuous improvement of editing practices</li><li>

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

</li><li>Knowledge of advanced finishing workflows, including color grading standards and sound design
</li><li>Experience coordinating with external vendors (studios, freelancers, post houses)</li><li>
Demonstrated experience leading campaign-level or brand storytelling work
</li><li>Strong leadership instincts with ability to mentor and elevate team output
</li><li>Deep understanding of multi-platform content delivery (broadcast, digital, social, experiential)
