Role &amp; Responsibilities: As an Architect at Fontech Dzin Studio you will:<ul><li>Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and engineers to create residential architectural designs that meet their needs and preferences.</li><li>Prepare and present conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans.</li><li>Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.</li><li>Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for residential projects.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.</li><li>Work on various phases of residential projects, from concept through to completion.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback into designs.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>0-1years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on residential design.</li><li>A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.</li><li>Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.</li><li>Ability to create and communicate design concepts effectively.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
