</b></h3></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><div><p>We are looking for a Buyer to join our Procurement Team who will be responsible to assist delivery on time in full.
</p><p></p><p><b>Role Accountabilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li> Ensure Customs Clearance of imported materials, transportation and documentation.</li><li> Obtain quotations for POSM items and prepare purchase orders</li><li> Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other departments</li><li> SFDA Registration</li><li> RFQ for Land Freight &amp; Ocean Freight</li><li> Manage the duty exemption and avoid pay a duty for any exempted item</li><li> Vendor set up with master data team.</li><li> Process all invoices for payment (invoice matching)</li><li> Maintain ISO manual and keep all records ready for auditors</li><li> Find and explore cost saving measures</li><li> Send out monthly evaluation report to key suppliers</li><li> Arrange quarterly and half yearly meetings with key suppliers</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
You would possess the following:</b></p><p></p><ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant business field
</li><li> Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience as an Officer in a manufacturing environment</li><li> Strong MS Office skills : Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint</li><li> Good cooperation and communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
