 We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for day‑to‑day dispatch and shipment management for SNZMP/NFIC‑sourced customer orders at our KSA operations.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Responsibilities:
 <br/>
 * Prepare all required documentation and arrange transportation for daily dispatches
 <br/>
 * Ensure on‑time system invoicing for domestic (post‑loading) and export orders (post‑BL/Bayan)
 <br/>
 * Prepare dispatch documents including Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin and Veterinary Certificates
 <br/>
 * Maintain and track transporter invoices and coordinate with Finance and Procurement for booking payments in JDE
 <br/>
 * Achieve/complete all required entries of customer orders in Customer Connect
 <br/>
 * Reconcile Customer Connect and JDE orders (quantities, PO numbers, destinations)
 <br/>
 * Update shipment schedules in Customer Connect
 <br/>
 * Obtain dispatch/shipment documents from relevant ministries
 <br/>
 * Maintain Logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
 <br/>
 * Coordinate with internal stakeholders&mdash;Customer Service, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Production&mdash;for daily dispatch/shipment activities
 <br/>
 * Maintain and record monthly dispatch/shipment reports
 <br/>
 * Share weekly and monthly shipment schedules with transporters
 <br/>
 * Coordinate with Planning for shipment schedule updates in Customer Connect
 <br/>
 * Adapt and transact market‑specific requirements on time (especially for Iraq and emerging markets)
 <br/>
 * Maintain day‑to‑day system transaction records in e‑files
 <br/>
 * Obtain Bayan/BL from clearing agents/forwarders to ensure timely invoicing
 <br/>
 <br/>
 You would possess the following:
 <br/>
 * A Diploma or University Degree
 <br/>
 * Certification in MS Office (Preferred)
 <br/>
 * Proficiency in Arabic (Read &amp; Write) and good English communication skills
 <br/>
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 <br/>
 * More than 3 years' experience in Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance or related fields (Preferably FMCG)
 <br/>
 * This position is a part of our Saudization efforts.
