We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the Retail sector to manage and control our financial operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for supermarket operations</li><li>Manage daily cash flow, margins, and inventory-related finances</li><li>Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analysis</li><li>Monitor expenses, supplier payments, and receivables</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers</li><li>Supervise the accounts and finance team</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience, preferably in the supermarket/retail industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, and margin analysis</li><li>Experience with POS systems and retail accounting software</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>Strong leadership and analytical abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
