 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts, facilitate timely submission of monthly MIS, tracking and accounting of all prepayments &amp; provisions, budget inputs and cost variance explanations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 3-way match, due approvals and timely release of payments (goods, services, utilities, rental, statutory dues, payroll, staff related expenses, etc.) including proper provisioning in the books of accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate recording of AR by providing guidance to the team on timely invoicing, receivables follow up, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that journal entries are posted as per relevant accounting standards &amp; company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate calculation of dues, including timely settlement of the same along with periodic VAT &amp; WHT returns. Active participation in statutory audits and various audits conducted by ZATCA including coordination with tax teams for timely query resolution.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Functional / Technical Competencies:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or accounting / CA-Inter.
 </li>
 <li>
 6 to 8 years of experience in similar profile.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles &amp; practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting Software (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 KSA local candidate preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Indian Nationality preferred
 </li>
