If you have an interest in Air Conditioning or Supermarkets than this is the position for you! MUST HAVE Refrigeration/HVAC experience.ResponsibilitiesA Dispatcher's responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:<ul><li>Responsible for communicating with technicians daily on route progress, changes, issues</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for communicating with Supervisors daily on issues, parts needed, technicians routes, spreadsheets, reporting and etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for communicating with customers daily.</li></ul><ul><li>Track and organize truck parts.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of High school diploma/GED</li></ul><ul><li>MUST HAVE Experience in Air Conditioning and Supermarkets.</li></ul><ul><li>Well organized</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Outlook required</li></ul><ul><li>Out of the box thinker with a strong sense of urgency</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve</li></ul>BenefitsFSR is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families&mdash;geared toward benefits, wellness and retirement savings.
