About the role:</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the technical product vision, development, and ongoing enhancement of our AI-powered Decision Engine&mdash;the intelligent orchestration layer that personalizes care journeys across assessments, care plans, clinical visits, behavior nudges, and food-as-medicine benefits.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI/ML systems, workflow automation, and healthcare delivery. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and clinical teams to architect a robust and adaptive system that supports sellable programs like GLP-1, Maternal Health, and Chronic Conditions. The ideal candidate brings strong product expertise with hands-on experience building and scaling workflow engines, rule systems, and intelligent decision platforms.</div><div>

Lead the design and evolution of the Decision Engine as the core orchestration layer that governs personalized care delivery at scale</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering and data science to build hybrid decision systems that combine rule engines, ML predictions, and generative AI workflows (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, decision-tree agents)</li><li>
Implement modular workflows, decision graphs, and care logic frameworks that can adapt to various clinical use cases, in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li><li>
Develop internal configuration tools that allow clinical operations and implementation teams to define and simulate care pathways without direct engineering involvement</li><li>
Ensure all decision logic aligns with clinical protocols, care management standards, and billing requirements</li><li>
Expand the engine&rsquo;s scope to incorporate behavior nudges, care plan updates, and contextual recommendations using AI-driven insight</li></ul><br>

Translate strategic priorities into actionable product design and iterative delivery plans</li><li>
Work closely with clinical operations and engineering to define schemas, logic states, input-output contracts, and observability pipelines for decision logic</li><li>
Define and track key metrics such as decision accuracy, drop-off analysis, care plan adherence, and engine performance</li><li>
Partner with implementation and enterprise teams to map client needs into configurable, scalable engine workflows</li><li>
Oversee end-to-end system integrity, including testing frameworks, rule versioning, and fail-safe conditions for logic and AI outputs</li></ul><br>

You have</b></h3><ul><li>
8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on complex platform systems, intelligent workflows, or AI infrastructure, ideally within the healthcare industry</li><li>
Proven success delivering systems that include rules engines, workflow orchestration, care coordination, or AI-powered decision systems</li><li>
Experience designing or working with rules frameworks (e.g., Camunda, Drools, AWS Step Functions) or workflow engines for dynamic execution paths</li><li>
Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineers and data scientists to model logic, build state machines, or implement AI/ML solutions in production</li><li>
Comfortable translating ambiguous clinical or operational requirements into modular, testable product structures</li><li>
Familiarity with care coordination, clinical decision support, and value-based care mechanisms is preferred</li><li>

Foodsmart&rsquo;s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team builds the telenutrition and foodcare platform used by members, providers, and partners. As a Senior TPM, you will lead multi-team, high visibility initiatives end to end owning the intake to launch framework and ensuring a clean PDLC SDLC handoff. You'll drive predictable execution across our App &amp; Member Experience and Data, AI &amp; Core Services teams, directly improving platform reliability, member experience, and population health outcomes.</div><br>

Own intake roadmap<ul><li> launch. Stand up and continuously improve the governance, artifacts, and stage gates that move ideas into prioritized roadmap work and through delivery.</li><li>
Run the operating cadence. Lead the weekly Critical Project Review (CPR); maintain executive-ready dashboards in Jira/Confluence; surface risks, decisions, and tradeoffs early.</li><li>
Deliver cross functional programs. Orchestrate planning, dependency management, and execution across product, engineering, design, clinical, and operations through launch and post-launch.</li><li>
Harden reliability &amp; compliance. Partner with SRE, Security, and Compliance on SLOs/SLAs, change management, release gates, HIPAA/SOC 2 controls, and incident/postmortems.</li><li>
Standardize practices. Jira/Confluence for programs; implement templates, fields, workflows, and documentation that scale.</li><li>

Technical fluency to discuss architecture, services, data pipelines/ML workflows, and APIs; can review RFCs and probe tradeoffs.</li><li>
Hands-on with Agile/Lean (Scrum/Kanban), dependency/risk management, and launch readiness.</li><li>
Experience in regulated environments (healthcare/digital health preferred) with HIPAA/SOC 2 awareness and audit-friendly change management.</li><li>
