We are seeking a Designer to join our team! This in-office position is a fast-paced for a self-motivated team player. Requirements include front end web design and print publications. Creativity, graphic &amp; web design skills paired with a strong work ethic is required. Additionally, completing design objectives from beginning to end, as well as handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines is necessary.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project management from concept to completion</li><li>Work with minimal supervision against tight deadlines</li><li>Design and modify websites</li><li>Develop layouts, design &amp; artwork for advertising &amp; POP projects</li><li>Retouch images for both print &amp; web</li><li>Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats</li><li>Integrate web sites with multiple applications</li><li>Up-to-date with web development &amp; trends</li><li>Social media management, inclusive of product photography</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>BA in Design or equivalent experience with a background in Print, Layout, Design &amp; Social Media platforms</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop &amp; InDesign</li><li>Familiarity with Wix</li><li>Experience with file prep for print</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly creative</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Understanding of photography principals &amp; artificial lighting</li></ul>Benefits include medical &amp; supplemental insurance, 401K, store discounts, free lunch and more.
