Position: Preschool Centre Head /PrincipalLocation: M-122 Madhav Nagar Colony, 474009, Gwalior ( M.P)Working Days and Timing: 9:00AM to 6:30PM (Mon to Fri ) Sat- (10AM to 4PM)Reporting time: (8:45AM)Role &amp; Responsibilities-Leadership and Management:<ul><li>Provide strong leadership to a team of teachers and support staff.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Set and communicate clear expectations for staff performance.</li><li>Supervise and support staff in their professional development.</li></ul>Curriculum and Educational Programs:<ul><li>Oversee the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum.</li><li>Ensure that all educational programs align with relevant early childhood education standards.</li><li>Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.</li></ul>Operations Management:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, enrolment, and parent communication.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized preschool environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Financial Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage the centre's budget.</li><li>Monitor expenses, revenue, and financial performance.</li><li>Seek opportunities to increase enrollment and revenue.</li></ul>Parent and Community Engagement:<ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families.</li><li>Foster community partnerships and outreach efforts to enhance the centre's reputation.</li></ul>Staff Development:<ul><li>Recruit, hire, and train teaching and support staff.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.</li><li>Develop professional growth plans for staff members.</li></ul>Reporting and Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrolment, attendance, and curriculum.</li><li>Prepare reports for the board and stakeholders as required.</li></ul>Skills and Specification:<ul><li>Education Qualification &amp; Experience.</li><li>Graduation + 2-3 years of experience as a Centre Directress/Branch Head OR.</li><li>Graduation + 2-3 years of experience in client management OR.</li><li>Graduation + 5 years of Teaching Experience.</li><li>Efficient enough to understand a child's development and needs.</li><li>Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.</li><li>Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team.</li><li>Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.</li><li>Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).</li></ul>Basic Computer Knowledge:<ul><li>MS Excel</li><li>MS Power Point</li><li>MS Word</li><li>Email Writing</li><li>Google Drive</li><li>Google Sheets</li></ul>About Company:Footprints is an established Preschool &amp; Day-care Chain, disrupting Pre-School and Formal education in India using technology.
