Key duties involve managing classroom settings, providing personalized attenetion to enable each students success.Duties -Planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. - Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and structured environment conducive to learning. - Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed. - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and behavior management strategies. - Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions among peers. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education and special education practices.Skills - Strong classroom management skills to create a respectful and productive learning environment. - Ability to educate young children through engaging activities that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development. - Experience in curriculum development that aligns with educational standards and meets individual student needs. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and students. - Background in preschool or early childhood education is highly desirable. - Knowledge of childcare practices that support the health and safety of young children.We welcome applicants who are dedicated to improving the lives of children and possess the eesential skills to excel as a teaching assistant in this highly rewarding and impactful role.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
