Job Description : Superma &rsquo; am Curriculum and Instruction:<ul><li>Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote early childhood education and school readiness.</li></ul><ul><li>Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages active learning.</li></ul><ul><li>Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning experiences. Classroom Management:</li></ul><ul><li>Establish and maintain routines to ensure a smooth daily schedule. &bull; Manage behavior and resolve conflicts using positive and effective strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assessment and Reporting: &bull; Observe and assess children's development and progress.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of student achievements and behaviour.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and share progress reports and feedback with parents. Parent Communication:</li></ul><ul><li>Build positive and open relationships with parents and guardians.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss children's development.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep parents informed about classroom activities and events. Safety and Well-being: &bull; Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow health and safety procedures, including emergency drills.</li></ul><ul><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary. Professional Development:</li></ul><ul><li>Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in professional development opportunities and training.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the improvement of the program Skills and Specification</li></ul><ul><li>Graduate or NTT or any teacher training course/Diploma or Experience in any preschool for 3 years or more.</li></ul><ul><li>Age should be 19 or above.</li></ul>&bull; English fluency o Reading: She can read and understand Activities. o Writing: Can write child observations. o Speaking: Can talk to Parents and Children.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
