Staff nurses

<ul><li>Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Answer telephone calls promptly, route calls, and provide information as required.</li><li>Register new patients, update existing patient information, and verify insurance details.</li><li>Schedule and manage patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.</li><li>Assist patients with admission and discharge processes.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and direct them to the appropriate department.</li><li>Maintain and organize front desk records, appointment logs, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of patient records in compliance with hospital policies.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth hospital operations.</li><li>Manage billing queries, collect payments, and issue receipts when required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
