Billing &amp; Invoice Generation<ul><li>Generate patient bills for OP, IP, Procedures, Pharmacy, and Diagnostics.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in patient details, services availed, and tariff entry.</li><li>Print and provide final bills, estimates, and receipts to patients.</li><li>Handle discounts only with authorized approval.</li></ul>2. Cash Handling &amp; Collections<ul><li>Collect cash, card payments, UPI, and other modes of payment.</li><li>Maintain cash counter balance and submit collections during day-end.</li><li>Reconcile daily transactions and ensure no mismatch in reports.</li></ul>3. Patient Interaction<ul><li>Respond politely to patient billing queries.</li><li>Guide patients regarding package tariffs, insurance coverage, and payment procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with departments for any billing clarifications.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain proper records of bills, refunds, cancellations, and adjustments.</li><li>Ensure all billing documents are filed as per audit guidelines.</li><li>Prepare daily billing and cash collection reports.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with medical records, pharmacy, nursing, diagnostics, and insurance desks.</li><li>Escalate system errors or billing issues to the admin/IT team.</li><li>Support in audit processes and provide required billing data when asked.</li></ul>6. System Knowledge<ul><li>Operate hospital billing software efficiently (OP/IP billing modules).</li><li>Ensure real-time entry of services and avoid any backlog.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:1. Discharge Summary &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Collect and compile patient case details and investigation reports.</li><li>Prepare and type discharge summaries as per consultant&rsquo;s notes.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of discharge summaries.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of all medical records.</li></ul>2. Insurance Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the insurance desk for pre-authorization, final approval, and discharge intimation.</li><li>Prepare and verify insurance-related documents for patient discharge.</li><li>Communicate with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and insurance companies for approvals.</li><li>Support the billing team in ensuring all claim documents are submitted on time.</li></ul>3. Record Management<ul><li>Maintain and update patient files, case sheets, and digital records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance documentation standards.</li><li>Retrieve and provide medical documents for audits or claim queries when required.</li></ul>4.
