Legal Operation Coordinator &ndash; Bank Recovery &amp; LitigationLocation: Jaipur (Head Office) Salary: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month + Allowances Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office + Field Visits + Travel)Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Legal Operation Coordinator to manage Bank Recovery &amp; Court Cases. The role includes coordinating with empanelled lawyers, handling local court filings, tracking hearings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth legal operations.Candidate must be ready to independently handle Jaipur/local court work and, if required, travel across India to represent the company/bank in courts.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assign &amp; coordinate cases with lawyers (DRT, SARFAESI, Civil/Criminal, NIA 138, PSSA 25).</li><li>Draft petitions, manage filing process &amp; ensure zero delays.</li><li>Maintain cause list, attend Jaipur/local courts when required.</li><li>Take regular hearing updates, collect orders, certified copies.</li><li>Prepare MIS, TIR (Travel &amp; Inspection Report) &amp; LSR (Legal Status Report).</li><li>Update banks &amp; clients with case progress.</li><li>Process advocate bills and maintain ERP/Excel records.</li><li>Travel across India for urgent case hearings, client representation, or special assignments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>LLB Graduate (mandatory)</li><li>2+ years experience in court filing / legal coordination / recovery cases preferred</li><li>Knowledge of DRT, SARFAESI, Civil &amp; Criminal procedures</li><li>Good drafting, communication &amp; MS Excel/ERP skills</li><li>Must be willing to handle local court work independently and travel anywhere in India in emergency</li><li>Jaipur-based candidates preferred</li></ul>&#9989; Benefits<ul><li>Salary &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;40,000 per month</li><li>Performance Bonus (up to 2 months salary/year)</li><li>Mobile + Conveyance Allowance for local court visits &amp; official travel</li><li>Opportunity to grow into Legal Operations Manager (Pan-India)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Jaipur, Rajasthan (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
