We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI services company as a foundational technical leader. You&rsquo;ll design and build production-grade AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, and generative AI, while mentoring and leading a team as we scale.What You&rsquo;ll Do :&#9679; Architect and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data processing to deployment, across diverse domains (vision, NLP, GenAI, predictive systems).&#9679; Design scalable pipelines, implement best practices, and set engineering standards.&#9679; Guide algorithm/model selection, review code, debug complex issues, and make key technical decisions.&#9679; Mentor and upskill junior engineers, fostering a strong learning and innovation culture.&#9679; Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define solutions that are robust, accurate, and scalable.&#9679; Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.What You Bring: &#9679; 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production. &#9679; Strong expertise in:&#9675; Computer Vision &ndash; CNNs, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transfer learning, detection/segmentation models.&#9675; NLP &ndash; Transformers (BERT, T5, GPT), tokenization, embeddings, HuggingFace, spaCy/NLTK.&#9675; Generative AI &ndash; LLM orchestration (LangChain), RAG, chatbots, prompt engineering, vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone).&#9679; Solid ML foundations (classical algorithms, feature engineering, evaluation) with Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM.&#9679; Deployment experience on AWS/Azure/GCP, FastAPI/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.&#9679; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities with a track record of guiding teams technically.Nice to Have&#9679; Startup or consulting experience handling multiple AI projects simultaneously&#9679; Experience with real-time inference, model optimization (quantization/pruning), or edge deployment&#9679; Contributions to open-source or published work in AI/MLJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
