A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Territory Account Manager.
You will be responsible for new business development.
This is a key position within our team &ndash; we are looking for a self starer who is driven to exceed targets and grow the territory. You&rsquo;ll be joining a fantastic team and strong leadership. We play to win but have fun along the way.
What you will be doing:<ul><li>
Leading new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accounts</li><li>
Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific territory account plans and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives</li><li>
Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans</li><li>
Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities</li><li>
Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies</li><li>
Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities</li><li>
Meet or exceed sales quota</li></ul> 
What we are looking for:<ul><li>
A hunter &ndash; you&rsquo;ll have extensive and proven IT software Sales experience selling security software and / or network technologies</li><li>
Relationship management and new business sales experience</li><li>
Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of accounts</li><li>
A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota</li><li>
Experience meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts
</li><li>Used to working with the Channel as well as developing business directly</li><li>
Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels</li><li>
Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN</li><li>
Great time management</li><li>
Experience of working across various vertical markets</li><li>
Good analytical and forecasting skills</li><li>
Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead Generation: You will be the detective of the cybersecurity world, utilizing a variety of tools like social media, industry events, and databases to uncover and research high-potential leads. As a pioneer in identifying untapped markets, you&rsquo;ll be the first to spotlight new opportunities, giving you the chance to shape our pipeline and contribute directly to its success.</li><li>
Outreach: You will have the opportunity to actively engage with prospects through calls, emails, and professional social channels. You will introduce prospects to Forcepoint&rsquo;s innovative offerings, positioning yourself as the trusted advisor and consultant as they embark on their data security journey.</li><li>
Qualification: As an SDR, your ability to listen and understand pain points will be key in identifying the right fit for our products. You will become a trusted partner to our prospects by asking insightful questions, understanding their unique challenges, and offering tailored solutions that make a tangible impact.</li><li>
Appointment Setting: You are the bridge that connects prospective customers to the best of our sales team! Your role will be pivotal in securing high-quality meetings and demos, allowing our account executives to showcase the full potential of Forcepoint in their environment. Your success directly fuels the sales team&rsquo;s growth, making you an integral part of our winning strategy.</li><li>
Skills Development: Apply a continuous learning mindset to your daily prospecting by staying current on modern sales techniques, evolving buyer behaviors, and emerging technologies. Leverage AI‑powered tools such as Copilot, Gong, and Claude to research accounts, personalize outreach, streamline workflows, and improve call quality. Use insights from AI, performance data, and feedback to continuously refine your messaging, increase productivity, and accelerate your growth as an SDR.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to optimize your approach and learn from the best. The synergy between departments will allow you to continuously improve and hone your sales skills.</li><li>
Reporting: You will have the opportunity to maintain an accurate record of your engagement with prospects and provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.</li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to conduct effective research and identify potential leads.</li><li>
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales enablement tools.</li><li>
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.</li></ul></li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or sales (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Sales Development Representative).</li><li>
Experience: Previous experience in a cybersecurity sales role.</li><li>
Skills: Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.</li></ul>
