<div>The Ford Agency is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a DC-based association. This role will work onsite, serving as the technical lead for workstation, Office365, and other application support across the organization. This is expected to be a 3 month temporary assignment with an immediate start. Candidates with Tier I support experience are encouraged to apply!<br>
<br>
Responsibilities Include:
<ul><li>Provide technical support for Office 365 Suite and laptops</li>
<li>Set up and configure new computers</li>
<li>Provide AV support for conference rooms and equipment</li>
<li>Assist with user technical issues as needed</li>
<li>Escalate issues as needed to management</li>
</ul>Qualifications Include:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred</li>
<li>1-3 years of Tier I desktop support experience in a professional office environment required</li>
<li>Strong skills in Office 365 support</li>
<li>Professional and customer service-focused mentality</li>
</ul>

The Assistant will manage calendars, logistics, and expenses for multiple attorneys and collaborate across departments. <ul><li>Coordinate meetings and arrange travel for attorneys</li>
