 &bull; Be a strategic partner for development, retention and career management of talent across both office and field employee populations.

 What are we looking for in this position?
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Sociology etc.
 
 
 &bull; At least 5 years of HR experience in a Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
 
 
 &bull; Advanced level of English,
 
 
 &bull; Good level of SAP HR module knowledge is a plus,
 
 
 &bull; Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships and drive alignment,

 We are looking for a Corporate Communication Team Member (Executive Assistant) to join the Ford Otosan Corporate Communication and Sustainability Team.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities of the role include:
 
 
 &bull;Carrying executive assistant responsibilities to the Corporate Communication and Sustainability Leader, organizing the agenda and managing day-today agenda related items.
 
 
 &bull;Providing support to the Corporate Communication and Sustainability teams' during events and organizations.

 Job Description:

 Define, implement, and continuously improve system/software/hardware development processes for automotive projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262), ASPICE 4.0, and cybersecurity regulation and standard; develop effective solutions for safety-related challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize and customize ALM tool into process implementation (Experience in CodeBeamer and PTC Modeler is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Administrate ALM and Configuration Management Tools (Azure DevOps, GITHub, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with engineers from diverse backgrounds to enhance development processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expertise in safety-critical software development and ensure compliance with ASPICE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Issues/Problems and Nonconformance to closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Quality Management System (QMS) practices and conduct internal process audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and report on internal design audits/assessments/appraisals.

 Requirements
