We deliver quality on time and are looking for a skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise all finishing works on site: Supervising finishing works such as: Plastering, Block work, Tiling, Painting coordination, False ceilings, Waterproofing, Flooring &amp; external works.&middot; Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and method statements Coordinate with subcontractors, masons, painters, tilers, and labor to ensure work meets quality &amp; schedule&middot; Ensure compliance with safety standards, Dubai Municipality &amp; client specifications&middot; Track daily progress, manpower, and material requirements.&middot; Raise RFIs &amp; coordinate with engineers/PM&middot; Conduct quality checks &amp; handover inspections.&middot; Minimize rework&middot; Monitoring material usage and site progress&middot; Maintain site records, daily reports, and as-built updatesRequirements:&middot; 6-8 years proven experience as Finishing Supervisor in UAE construction projects&middot; Strong knowledge of finishing materials &amp; techniques&middot; Ability to read drawings &amp; manage multiple work fronts&middot; Good communication in English + Hindi ( preferred)&middot; Valid UAE driving license&middot; Must be able to join immediatelyWhat We Offer: Competitive salary + accommodation, Annual leave, visa, and medical insurance as per UAE labor law. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high safety standards, and lead a team of workers to achieve quality and production goals.Position : Civil EngineerLocation : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey responsibilities:&middot; Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.&middot; Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.&middot; Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals.&middot; Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.&middot; Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.&middot; Address issues that may arise during the construction process&middot; Review material to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications and requirements&middot; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.&middot; Having practical knowledge in site execution.Qualification &amp; Requirements:&middot; Valid G+4 Civil Engineering permit from Abu Dhabi DMT + Dubai Municipality&middot; 4+ years of UAE Civil Engineering experience &ndash; Required&middot; Knowledge of UAE building codes, Abu Dhabi UPC &amp; Dubai Code&middot; Extensive knowledge of all construction elements and finishing works.&middot; Strong project management and organizational skills.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.&middot; Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD and Primavera (preferred).&middot; Valid UAE driving license &ndash; RequiredLanguage - English, Hindi (Preferred)Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent.Package : To be discussedOnly candidates with active Abu Dhabi DMT + Dubai Municipality G+4 permits will be shortlisted.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
