Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to support the growth our physician group and individual practice locations:</li><li>
E-Mail Marketing</li><li>
SEO/SEM strategies and tactics</li><li>
Social media strategies, including content creation across an array of social platforms</li><li>
Reputation Management</li><li>
Reporting of digital performance metrics to leadership</li><li>
Manage and create advertising for the digital marketplaces including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.</li><li>
Develop written communication (email newsletters, social media calendars, blog articles, web copy, display copy, etc.)</li><li>
Use analytics data to guide conversion rate optimization for ads, landing pages, website pages, email campaigns, etc.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for improving the quality of creative assets used in the campaign, including ad creative and key words used in online ads.</li><li>
Stay current on SEM/SEO and reputation management best practices by collaborating with industry partners.</li><li>
Partner with leadership and physicians to monitor non-favorable social media activity and respond appropriately.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day social activities and tools.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p><b>
Education</b></p><ul><li>
Four year Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, and/or communications</li><li>
Three or more years&rsquo; experience in managing digital marketing initiatives including lead generation, email marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click, search engine marketing and social media, preferably with a healthcare or consumer industry focus.</li></ul><p><b>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li>
Must be detail oriented.</li><li>
Must be a creative thinker with the ability to design initiatives in order to stay ahead of the curve in the digital space.</li><li>
Demonstrable experience and understanding of content management, campaign measurement, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress, web design/HTML, Social Media platforms, MailChimp, Salesforce and Project Management tools.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.</li><li>
Ability to traverse any digital marketing platform effectively.</li><li>
Must possess strong analytical and project management skills along with exceptional written, verbal and editing skills.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.</li><li>
Graphic/video production skills are a plus.</li></ul></div>
