 Required Experience &amp; Qualifications

 5+ years in Learning &amp; Development, training, facilitation, instructional design or organisational development.

 Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for professional audiences.

 Strong understanding of learning principles, behaviour change models and modern training techniques.

 <li>
 Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects, operate independently and deliver within timelines.
