<li>Review and interpret blueprints and work instructions to guide manufacturing activities.</li>

<ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of material characteristics including hardness and machinability.</li>
<li>Experience with tooling design and consultation, including hobbers, shaper cutters, and grinding wheels.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and dimensional data.</li>
<li>Proficient in assessing machine tool capabilities and limitations.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Ability to train and mentor production personnel as needed.</li>
