Hiring for an RN Weekend Supervisor:
<ul>
<li>Flexible schedule with the option of either working 8-hour (6 am - 2 pm) or 12-hour (6 am - 6 pm) shifts
</li><li>6 am - 2 pm Schedule: Saturday &amp; Sunday</li>
<li>6 am - 6 pm Schedule: Saturday &amp; Sunday, with another 12 hour shift during the week</li>
</ul>
Pay, Benefits and Perks of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
<ul>
<li>Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing</li>
<li>The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans</li>
<li>Assesses and documents the resident&rsquo;s condition and nursing needs</li>
<li>Accurately and promptly implements physicians&rsquo; orders</li>
<li>Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident&rsquo;s needs and the person&rsquo;s capabilities and qualifications</li>
<li>Administers medications</li>
<li>Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents</li>
<li>Documents that treatment as required</li>
<li>Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing</li>
<li>One year of nursing experience is preferred</li>
<li>Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required</li>
<li>Valid CPR certification</li>
<li>Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff</li>
<li>Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.</li>
