 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and resolve claim issues or denials
 </li>
 <li>
 Review explanations of benefits (EOBs) and ensure accurate account posting
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, benefits, and policy details
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist patients and families with questions related to insurance coverage and claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate treatment coding and claim submission
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized and accurate insurance records and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other administrative tasks and office duties as needed

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or insurance experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing insurance claims and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with insurance companies and patients in a professional and helpful manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort explaining insurance benefits and claim processes to patients and families
 
 
 
 </li>
