Operations Manager &ndash; Forest Travel Forest Travel (FTA), a leading Virtuoso-member luxury travel agency with 37+ years of excellence, is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize workflows, enhance service standards, and drive profitability across Leisure, Corporate, and Group segments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Audit, document, and improve travel planning workflows.</li><li>Standardize operating procedures across departments.</li><li>Oversee systems optimization (Amadeus, TRES, Concur, HubSpot).</li><li>Track profit margins and identify opportunities to improve revenue.</li><li>Support training, coaching, and operational troubleshooting for Advisors and ICs.</li><li>Liaise across Sales, Air, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth bookings.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Tourism, or related field.</li><li>5+ years in travel operations or agency management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of travel systems (GDS, Amadeus, Concur)</li><li>Proven experience in process improvement, audits, and P&amp;L optimization.</li><li>Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Passion for delivering premium travel experiences.</li><li>Spanish and English Proficency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
