Forever Clean is hiring CDL drivers for our Roll-Off, Front End, and Grapple department!<ul><li>Roll-off and Grapple can start as early as 5:00am</li><li>Front End can start as early as 2:00am</li><li>We are also looking for a driver to deliver Front End containers (Requires CDL-A)</li></ul>Position Summary:The Commercial Roll-Off/Front End/Grapple Driver is responsible for safely operating a waste truck to provide prompt and courteous waste collection services to commercial customers. This role requires strong customer service skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate a Commercial Waste Truck on assigned routes to service commercial waste containers.</li><li>Ensure proper waste collection and disposal while following company safety standards and traffic laws.</li><li>Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.</li><li>Monitor container conditions and report any damage or unsafe conditions.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.</li><li>Maintain accurate service and delivery records using onboard systems or manual documentation.</li><li>Assist with container deliveries, removals, and replacements as needed.</li><li>Keep the vehicle and work area clean at all times.</li><li>Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) &ndash; Class B or higher.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience; experience with front-load or Roll-Off trucks preferred.</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT drug test and physical exam.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, DOT regulations, and equipment inspection procedures.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in waste management, recycling, or a related field.</li><li>Familiarity with route navigation systems and GPS technology.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude to identify minor truck issues.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Exposure to outdoor elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).</li><li>Possible early hours, overtime, or occasional weekend work.</li><li>Fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.</li></ul>Forever Clean is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
