The Anchor Community Manager (ACM) is more than a property manager&mdash;they&rsquo;re a leasing broker, a facilities project manager, a connector, and a fixer. They lead from beside, not above, stepping in to support, solve, and elevate. If you&rsquo;re someone who gets things done, builds trust across every touchpoint, and thrives in the messy magic of real community, this is your role.

As our ACM, you&rsquo;ll be the heartbeat of your property&mdash;creating a place where residents feel seen, teams feel empowered, and operations hum with precision.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across multiple disciplines:
<ul><li>Experience Orchestration: Craft a resident experience that&rsquo;s both seamless and surprising&mdash;where everyday interactions feel intentional and special moments feel unforgettable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Team Development: Coach your Community Success team to take ownership, grow their skills, and deliver consistently excellent service. You lead by example, not by hierarchy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Multidisciplinary Execution: Flex across leasing, facilities, vendor coordination, and retail tenant support. You&rsquo;re not just managing&mdash;you&rsquo;re doing, solving, and optimizing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Relationship Cultivation: Be the connective tissue between residents, teammates, vendors, and the broader neighborhood. You build bridges, not silos.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performance Ownership: Drive property success through Daily Action Plans, financial reviews, and reforecasts. You know the numbers and how to move them.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Cross-Division Collaboration: Partner with Client Success, Business Success, and People Success to ensure integrated, frictionless operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on with accountability and clarity. You don&rsquo;t pass the buck&mdash;you fix the problem.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Community Planning: Co-create annual business plans that balance resident joy with financial performance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proactive Identification: Spot issues before they surface. You&rsquo;re always scanning the horizon for what&rsquo;s next, what&rsquo;s better, and what&rsquo;s possible.</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Position Details
<ul><li>Base Salary: $90,000&ndash;$120,000, paid semi-monthly</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bonus Structure: Retention and performance bonuses, subject to company program terms</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reports to: Client Success Manager</li></ul>
<ul><li>Direct Reports: Senior Lease Broker, Regional Facilities Manager</li></ul>
<ul><li>Location: Field position across multiple properties</li></ul>

Day in the Life

Community Success teams operate on the Assess, Plan, Act (APA) platform:
<ul><li>20% of your week is spent in structured meetings (2 stand-ups, 3 team huddles) focused on performance, planning, and action.</li></ul>
<ul><li>20% is spent executing the Daily Action Plan (DAP) to meet quarterly business goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>60% is spent in service&mdash;supporting residents, teammates, and the broader community.</li></ul>

You&rsquo;ll move fluidly between strategy and service, spreadsheets and sidewalk chats, planning and problem-solving. You&rsquo;ll be everywhere you&rsquo;re needed&mdash;and exactly where you&rsquo;re most effective.</div>
