Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Drywall Taper/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, with the ability to work on various construction projects. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The Drywall Taper/Finisher will be responsible for preparing and finishing drywall surfaces to ensure a smooth and professional appearance.Duties<ul><li>Apply tape and joint compound to drywall seams and corners for a seamless finish</li><li>Smooth out imperfections and prepare surfaces for painting or further finishing</li><li>Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements</li><li>Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met</li><li>Perform additional tasks such as caulking, plastering, and trim carpentry as needed</li><li>Install Drywall unto partitions prior to finishes.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols</li></ul>Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Construction site experience</li><li>Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans</li><li>Experience in drywall installation and finishes</li><li>Familiarity with airless paint spraying, tile laying, metal stud framing, and stucco application</li><li>Strong maintenance person skills with knowledge of remodeling techniques</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
