We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our growing design team. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that delight our users and support business goals. You&rsquo;ll be involved in all stages of the design process &mdash; from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery &mdash; with guidance and collaboration from senior designers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and translate them into clear, actionable design solutions.</li><li>Support and conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI designs for web and mobile products.</li><li>Maintain design consistency through use of design systems, component libraries, and shared visual standards.</li><li>Translate complex problems into simple, engaging, and accessible user experiences.</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and high-quality implementation of designs.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field &mdash; or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process &mdash; from user research and concepting to final visual design and delivery.</li><li>Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience working in agile or lean development environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $81,042.71 - $118,438.53 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
